The first French old school skate gathering took place at the Hypnoz Skatepark in the south of France on july 8 th and 9 th. Most people had never seen skating like this – the events were so old, they were new again ! Banked Slalom, Barrel Jumping, Freestyle, Catamarans and 8-Wheelers were mixed in with food, music, a vintage swap meet and screening of classic films like Downhill Motion and Thrashin’ !
